1.  Heard  Sri  Aditya  Tiwari,  the  learned  counsel  for  the
petitioner,  Sri  Giriraj  Prajapati,  Advocate,  who  has  put  in
appearance  on  behalf  of  the  opposite  party  and  filed  his
vakalatnama, which is taken on record. 
2. After advancing submissions at some length, the learned
counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press
the petition and the petitioner will file a suitable application
before  the  learned  Family  Court  concerned  for  expeditious
disposal of the suit. 
3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of giving liberty to the
petitioner  to  file  a  suitable  application  before  the  learned
Family Court for expeditious disposal of the suit and in case
any such application is filed the learned Family Court shall pass
appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law and shall
decide the suit expeditiously.
