This  appeal  is  taken up  today in  the National  Lok Adalat
organized in the High Court Lucknow Bench premises. The
parties appeared and they agreed to get the appeal decided in
terms of compromise, which shall form part of award. The
respondents no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 will get Rs. 4,25,000/-
(Rupees Four Lakh Twenty Five Thousands Only) as they have
already received Rs. 3,00,000/- as per order dated 09.11.2020
passed by this Court. The appellant shall ensure the making of
compromised award good before the Tribunal below within 60
days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the said
amount or part is already deposited in the Court, then, the
appellants shall also be entitled for the entire interest of MACT
Bank  account  as  per  Rule  on  the  deposited  amount.
Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of and amount, if any,
deposited in this Court be remitted to the Tribunal below.
