ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by
the Hon'ble the Chief Justice)
Counsel for respondent Mr.P.T.Thiraviyam states this petitioner
had approached earlier also by way of WP(MD) No.21948/2022, which
came to be dismissed by an order dated 02.02.2023 and this fact has
been suppressed by petitioner.
2. When a copy of the order was given to Mr.Arunkumar, he
expressed surprise and requested the matter to be kept back for
sometime, so that he could take instructions.
3. When the matter was called out again, Mr.Arunkumar states
that his client agreed that an earlier petition was filed. Counsel is feeling
greatly embarrassed because petitioner or her father never informed
him. Counsel leaves it to the Court to pass appropriate orders.
