None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Learned
Standing Counsel is present for the State.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State submits that
the order dated 08.01.2015 passed in Writ Petition bearing no.
8269 (S/S) of 2014 has been complied with and all the dues
have been paid. In support of his contention, he has placed
reliance on the Paragraph 5 of the compliance affidavit dated
02.11.2015 to which no objection has been filed by learned
Counsel for the applicant-petitioner till date.
In view of the aforesaid, no contempt is made out.
The contempt notices are hereby discharged.
The contempt petition is accordingly dismissed.
However, it is provided that if the applicant-petitioner still feels
aggrieved with the order passed by the opposite party, he may
approach the appropriate Court / forum.
