PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C.
PRAYER:- FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL IN CRIME NO.104/2024 ON THE FILE OF
THE RESPONDENT POLICE.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for
the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 25
(1-A) of the Arms Act in Crime No.104 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that at the time of consuming alcohol, there was
some wordy quarrel arose between the parties, in which, the accused person attacked
the petitioner with deadly weapon. Hence, the case.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the
petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the
prosecution.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent
Police would submit that the petitioner herein involved in so many previous cases,
including Section 307 IPC cases also. Accordingly, he vehemently opposed to grant
anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the
bad previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant
anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is
dismissed.
