Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to
pass final orders on the appeal preferred by the petitioner in Appeal
No.3563/E/2022 against the order of the 2nd respondent in
Na.Ka.No.1455/A4/2022 dated 10.10.2022, within the time that may be
stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner purchased the petition mentioned property from one
Shri.Haja Bakrudeen vide sale deed dated 05.05.2022 (Document No.
1016/2022) on the file of the Sub Registrar No.1, Pattukottai. The registration
of the said document was challenged by one Mohamed Abdullah. The District
Registrar (Administration), Pattukottai declared the said document as
fraudulent. Proceedings dated 10.10.2022 was issued to that effect.
Challenging the same, the petitioner filed appeal before the first respondent.
2.All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the said appeal.
3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is
directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in
accordance with law and pass final order within a period of six weeks from the
date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned counsel for the petitioner
states that enquiry in the matter was already over and that the complainant /
Mohamed Abdullah was already heard. The learned Additional Government
Pleader is enable to confirm the same. The first respondent is directed to give a
disposal as per law. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the
matter.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
