Mr. Abhijat, learned counsel for the petitioner after making due 
submissions seeks to withdraw the instant writ petition in view of the order 
dated 14.10.2024 passed by this Court in the case of Shinde Institute of 
Pharmacy And Research vs. Pharmacy Council of India, reserving the 
liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional High Court.  He also 
seeks liberty to approach Pharmacy Council of India by filing a fresh 
representation.
