By the present application, the petitioners/applicants pray for 
modification of the order dated 13.05.2024 to the effect that it 
should also record that the respondent no.2 has received the 
Demand Draft bearing no. ‘004050’ dated 09.05.2024 of an amount 
of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs only) issued by HDFC bank, 
Khijrabad from the petitioner no.1 before the Court.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.2 affirms the above fact 
of the receipt of the Demand Draft.

Accordingly, the order dated 13.05.2024 shall also reflect that the 
petitioner no.1 has handed over the abovementioned Demand Draft 
to the respondent no.2, which has been duly accepted by the 
respondent no.2.

Copy of this order be also uploaded as a corrigendum to the order 
dated 13.05.2024.
