Whoever assaults or uses criminal force to any person in attempting to commit theft on property which, at the time of such assault or use of force, is in the possession of that person.

Whoever assaults or uses criminal force to any person in attempting to commit theft on property which, at the time of such assault or use of force, is in the possession of that person.
