Refund Policy

At UrLawyers, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through our platform.

1. Consultation Fees

1.1 Cancellation by Client: If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation charge.

1.2 Cancellation by Lawyer: If a lawyer cancels a scheduled consultation, you will receive a full refund of the fees paid. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule the consultation at no extra cost.

1.3 No-Show: If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice ("No-Show"), no refund will be issued. If the lawyer fails to attend, a full refund will be provided.

2. Service Quality Issues

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the consultation or service provided, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the service completion. We will investigate the matter and, at our discretion, may offer a full or partial refund or a credit for future services.

3. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
