THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this appeal is
preferred against the order dated 22.06.2018 passed in IA. 186
of 2018 arising out of O.A. 603 of 2017. Learned counsel further
submits that O.A. 603 of 2017 was disposed of on 28.07.2018
and recovery proceedings have been initiated.
This appeal pertains to the interim order passed by learned
DRT on 22.06.2018 in I.A. arising out of O.A. 603 of 2017, since
the O.A. has already been disposed of this appeal has become
infructuous.
Accordingly, instant appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No
costs.
File be consigned to record room.
Copy of the order be supplied to the appellant and the
respondents and a copy be also forwarded to the concerned DRT.
Copy of the judgement/Final Order be uploaded in the
Tribunal’s website.
