THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Matter is taken up in the second round.
I have gone through the record and find that this appeal is
against an interim order, dated 20th January, 2018, passed by the
Learned Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal-1, Kolkata wherein
the Tribunal below has not passed any restraint order against the
Respondent to go abroad, however, certain conditions were imposed.
It appears that the order, by efflux of time, has become infructuous.
However, since none is appearing to press the appeal, even on
the second call, without going into the merits of the appeal, the appeal
is dismissed in default.
Pending I.A.s, if any, accordingly stand dismissed; being
infructuous.
File be sent to Record Room.
Copy of the order be uploaded in the website of this Tribunal.
