THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL
Compromise petition is filed by the parties. Appellants
No. 1, 2 and 3 are duly identified by Ms. Debolina Dey,
Learned Counsel for the Appellant and Ms. Shreyasi Sen,
Learned Counsel for the Respondent Bank.
In view of the compromise, Appeal is liable to be
disposed of.
Accordingly, Appeal is disposed of in terms of the
compromise. An amount of Rs. 5 lacs is deposited in this
Tribunal. Registrar is directed to remit the amount in the
account of ICICI Bank Ltd. details are mentioned in para No.
(b) of the joint affidavit filed on behalf of Appellants and
Respondent No. 1 and 2.
