THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for the Appellant Bank submits that the matter
has been settled out of Court and Appellant may be permitted to
withdraw the appeal. Learned Counsel produces a letter before this
Tribunal, bearing no. SBI/SARB/BBSR/SCP/KCM/12/21 dated 19th July,
2021, written by State Bank of India, Stressed Assets Recovery
Branch, Bhubaneshwar addressed to the Learned Counsel, wherein it is
mentioned that the ‘Account has been closed’
In view of the statement made by the Bank in their letter dated
19th July, 2021, and in view of the submission of the Learned Counsel
for Appellant Bank, the appeal, being Appeal No. 75 of 2019, is
dismissed as withdrawn.
Letter no. SBI/SARB/BBSR/SCP/KCM/12/21 dated 19th July,
2021 filed by Learned Counsel for Appellant Bank, be kept with the
record.
Copy of the order be supplied to Appellant and the Respondents
and a copy be also forwarded to the concerned DRT.
