Mr. Debasish Chakraborti appears on behalf of appellant bank. There is no
representation on behalf of the Respondents.
It is seen that Housing Loan in this case has been migrated into the fresh Housing
Loan Account. Therefore, in view of this appeal does not survive. Learned counsel states
that appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn in view of further development.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
