THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
       
The matter is taken up in the revised list.
Learned   Counsel  for   the  Appellants  is  not  present.  One 
Ms. Ankita Sett appeared on behalf of the Appellants, who has not filed 
Vakalatnama on behalf of the Appellants. In such circumstances, there 
is no representation from the side of the Appellants to proceed with 
the matter. 
 
Accordingly,  I.A. 433 of 2019, application under Section 5 of the 
Limitation Act and I.A. 434 of 2019, application for waiver from 
making pre deposit, are dismissed in default. 
Consequently, the Appeal, being Diary No. 117 of 2019, is also 
dismissed being time barred and not maintainable. 
Copy of the order be supplied to Appellant and the Respondents 
and a copy be also forwarded to the concerned DRT.
File be consigned to Record room.
