It is submitted that W.P.(C) No. 13495 of 2009, before 
the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta in the matter of Subodh

disposed of by the order dated 8th February, 2022.
Learned Counsel for Appellant submits that the matter 
having been settled by and between the parties and ‘No Due 
Certificate’ has also been issued by the Bank on 22nd April, 
2022, addressed to the Appellant, wherein it is mentioned 
that Appellant may withdraw the Appeal No. 46 of 2006, 
Appellant prays for withdrawal of the same.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the appeal, being 
Appeal No. 46 of 2006, is dismissed as withdrawn.

be taken on record.
Pending I.A.s, if any, also stand dismissed, being 
infructuous.
