THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

Kolkata Bench (M/s. Gypsy Logistics Private Limited -vs- M/s. Epitome
Petrochemical Private Limited) wherein it was ordered that Respondent
No. 1 shall be liquidated in terms of Section 33 (2) of the Code read
with sub-section (1) thereof.
