THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :  
                     Admission
M.A. Dy. No. 159 of 2023  an application for recalling of 
the order dated 03.02.2023 dismissing the Appeal being 
Diary No. 657 of 2022.  Learned Counsel for the Applicant 
submits that inadvertently date was noted as 13th February, 
2023.  Learned Counsel could not appear on the date fixed.
I have heard the Learned Counsel for the parties and 
perused the record.  I find the ground to be sufficient.  
Accordingly, M.A. Diary No. 159 of 2023 is allowed and order 
dated 03.02.2023 dismissing the Appeal Diary No. 657 of 
2022 is recalled.  Appeal diary No. 657 of 2022 be restored  
to its original number.
