THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
At the very outset learned counsel for the appellant as well 
as learned counsel for the bank submits that Original Application 
has been decided by the learned DRT Visakhapatnam.  Hence the 
appeal has become infructuous.  Appellant is not pressing the 
appeal. Accordingly, appeal is liable to be dismissed. 
ORDER
Appeal is dismissed.  No order as to costs. 
File be consigned to record room.
Copy of the order be supplied to all the parties and a copy 
be also forwarded to the concerned DRT.
