THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL 
 Learned counsel for the appellant bank submits that appeal 
has become infructuous as the SA. No. 273 of 2018 wherein 
impugned order was passed by the learned DRT which is under 
challenge was dismissed as not pressed by the learned DRT vide 
order dated 16.09.2025. 
Accordingly, instant appeal is also dismissed as infructuous. 
File be consigned to record room.
