THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
For Admission
The instant application has been filed on behalf of the Appellant
for refund of the amount which was deposited at the time of filing of
the appeal as pre deposit. As per the office note, an amount of
Rs.17,30,927.50 was deposited as pre deposit by the Appellant on
24th September, 2018.
Appeal No. 215 of 2018 was allowed vide order dated 31st
August, 2022.
Since appeal has been disposed of there is no need to keep the
amount of pre deposit with this Tribunal. Accordingly, the instant
application, being Misc. Application Diary No. 687 of 2022, is allowed.
Appellant is permitted to withdraw the amount of pre deposit in
accordance with Rules.
